As a proud chapter of the International Code Council, ICC Midwest Region V represents the states of Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Our mission is to unite code enforcement professionals to share knowledge, promote safety, and enhance public understanding of construction regulations.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, ICC Region V operates under a well-defined governance structure to ensure effective management and decision-making. Its strength lies in its diverse and engaged membership, which actively participates in decision-making processes, contributes to the organization’s activities, and upholds its values.
The Board of Directors serves as the central governing body for ICC Region V and oversees the direction, policies, and overall functioning of the organization.
ICC Region V adheres to a set of by-laws that govern its operations. By-laws are updated as needed and voted upon by the membership.
